    1. Introduction
      Welcome to Go TupTup (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, website, mobile application, or any related platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services.

              2. Eligibility
                  You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using the Services, you                      represent that you meet this requirement.

              3. User Accounts

                  You may be required to create an account to access certain features. 

                  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

                  You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.
                  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

               4. Use of Services

                  You agree not to: – Use the Services for any unlawful purpose. – Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Services –                     Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. – Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without                       our express written consent.

               5. Payments and Billing

                      If the Services include paid features: – You agree to pay all applicable fees. – All payments are non-refundable unless                          otherwise stated. – We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

                6. B2B – Refunds, Returns and Damage Policy

                    As a B2B store, we will only issue a full refund if an item is faulty or damaged. We do not accept refund requests,                                    cancellation-of-order requests, or returns.

                     We cannot provide a return or refund for damaged or faulty products if they have been worn, printed, or processed. No                       credit or refunds will be made for decoration costs or time

                     Damages and Issues

                        Any issues with an order must be reported via email or phone within 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

                      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately.

                      We require photos of:

                      Packaging clearly showing the address label

                      Damaged items

                      Paper invoice

                      Without these photos, we cannot raise an investigation or resolve the issue.

                      Any issues outside the 5‑day timeframe cannot be resolved.

                      For incorrect items, the correct item will be issued once the incorrect item has been scanned by Royal Mail. A returns                            label will be issued immediately.

                      For missing parcels, Denial of Receipt forms must be returned within 3** days**. Forms received outside this timeframe                        cannot be resolved. 

                      We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. 

                  7. Intellectual Property

                        All content, branding, logos, and materials available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Go TupTup. You                         may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission. 

                 8. Third‑Party Services

                         Our Services may include links to third-party websites or tools. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-                             party content, policies, or services.

                  9. Privacy

                         Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have                           read and understood the Privacy Policy.

                  10. Limitation of Liability

                       To the maximum extent permitted by law: – Go TupTup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or                                                   consequential damages. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or interruption caused by factors beyond our                           reasonable control.

                   11. Disclaimer of Warranties

                          The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not                                   guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

                  12. Termination

                          We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these                           Terms or is otherwise harmful to our interests.

                  13. Changes to Terms

                          We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes                             your acceptance of the revised Terms.

                  14. Governing Law

                           These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go TupTup                                    operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
